Warranty and maintenance procedures for Crack products

1. The fast gram series products sold by Zhibang Electronics are guaranteed for one year (except for human reasons), and consumables are not guaranteed (such as handle components, heating core, sensors, soldering iron etc.).

 

2. During the warranty period, our company will provide free maintenance, and the freight shall be borne by the buyer.

 

3. For the goods under repair or warranty, the buyer will send them back to our company and confirm that we have received them. The repair result or quotation will be replied within 2-3 working days, and our company will complete the repair and return them to the customer within one week after the buyer confirms the quotation.
