Thermalert4.0 series of integrated infrared temperature sensors provide accurate temperature measurement for various process control applications. These pyrometers comply with Industry 4.0 standards, and all models innovatively combine digital communication methods and standard two-wire installation methods. Thermalert4.0 infrared sensor has various types of communication interfaces, has built-in laser aiming function, provides functions required for temperature measurement and digital processing in a compact, integrated body, and is easy to install and operate.


 


DataTemp® Multidrop software

DataTemp® Multidrop software is a powerful tool that can help you configure your sensor according to your needs; display the graph of the measured target temperature in real time. The histogram feature shows the temperature distribution at different locations in the entire network or process. Use this software to record and archive your process temperature. The upper limit alarm and the lower limit alarm display are clear, and it is easy to identify abnormal conditions out of range.

We provide a variety of options and accessories that can be adapted to the installation conditions of your Thermalert 4.0 sensor.

The lens protector and air blower can protect and clean the lens in harsh environments.

The water/air-cooled protective cover can withstand ambient temperatures up to 175°C (315°F).

For extremely harsh environments, it is recommended to use a thermal protection sleeve.

This sturdy cast aluminum housing ensures that the sensor can withstand a maximum ambient temperature of 315°C (600°F).

It completely encloses the sensor, combining thermal protection and mechanical protection with air purification.

When the thermal protection sleeve is in the installation position, the Thermalert 4.0 sensor can be installed or removed freely without removing all of it.


Related applications

Infrared monitoring of asphalt temperature: In asphalt production, the viscosity of asphalt cement changes with temperature. The quality of bitumen is graded according to its consistency range at standard temperature.

Candy mold: To make candy, the manufacturer must use molds. This is a typical multi-cavity plastic mold. The mold is cooled to 15°C (60°F) and the chocolate is poured into the mold.
