Product overview

The Raytek XR infrared sensor is designed for continuous temperature monitoring in a wide range of manufacturing processes. XR is a robust NEMA 4 sealed one-piece system that is flexible and can handle almost any application. Multiple extended temperature ranges, precise temperature resolution, RS-485 output and flexible electronic platform form a single sensor that can solve the most challenging applications. Optional laser sights and high-resolution optics provide solutions for small targets or long-sighted barrels. The intuitive user interface reduces setup time and adds powerful troubleshooting functions.

Universal and configurable installation hardware and software reduce installation costs and installation variants. The Raytek XR IR sensor has a flexible, user-defined analog output, which can be installed in almost all existing control systems. This unique feature sets a new standard for process monitoring. Raytek XR ensures a consistent manufacturing process and allows strict heating process tolerances, thereby reducing heating costs.
