Product overview

Raytek MP150 infrared hotline scanner is designed for demanding industrial environments and provides accurate temperature images of moving objects. This multi-point measurement is achieved through a rotating optical system, which can collect up to 1024 points of infrared radiation within a 90º field of view. The motorized mirror scans at a speed of 150 lines per second.


The internal high-speed microprocessor calculates the temperature of each measurement point of each row of data. The MP150 hotline scanner includes air-cooled or water-cooled equipment, three configurable analog outputs and two-way digital communication. The hot-line scanner also has onboard Ethernet TCP/IP communication function and built-in line laser for quick alignment.

Raytek DataTemp®DP

The MP150 hotline scanner can be used independently, can be connected to a single PC, or it can be integrated into a comprehensive process control system using DataTemp®DP (an industrial Windows® software package), which provides remote configuration of the imager And real-time monitoring. the process of. Using the OPC Server function of the DataTemp DP software, the line scanner becomes an integral part of any OPC-compliant distributed control interface (DCI) or human-machine interface (HMI) system. In all cases, MP150 provides real-time monitoring and control functions.
