EasyTrack®3 thermal process analysis system is specially designed for the temperature distribution of powder coating oven and product temperature detection. It is the third-generation product of the world-renowned Datapaq EasyTrack brand. It has been successfully used in the powder and paint coatings market and is widely used in coating plants and coating suppliers.
Choose 4 or 6 measurement channels, EasyTrack3 system allows you to monitor and record the temperature changes of the product in the curing oven. Through the detailed temperature data collected, we can:

Data logger
The temperature data logger of ET3 guarantees the accuracy of the data and the simple design "two button operation". The battery life is increased by 3 times. The recorder can record your painting process in detail through parameter settings (0.5s sampling interval = 2.5 hours)-compared with the previous EasyTrack2 recorder, it has achieved a 2.5 times improvement.
The safe operating environment temperature can reach 85°C / 185°F, and the plastic cool-touch technology can even safely touch the recorder with your hands when the high temperature operation is just completed.
Provide on-board calibration certificate, ET3 temperature recorder provides complete traceability and meets quality standards.
